Organization: Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc.

**Please note: For the time being, this clinic is proceeding remotely only. Volunteers will be contacted by the project coordinator the week prior to their volunteer date to arrange remote advice.**

Atlanta Legal Aid is proud to partner with the United States Bankruptcy Court and Georgia State University College of Law to provide assistance to pro se bankruptcy litigants on a monthly basis.  Clients are not represented but involved in or will soon be involved in bankruptcy proceedings pending in federal court.  Attorneys and law students are needed to screen and advise clients.  Shifts are typically two hours, from 11:30-1:30 on the Monday preceding foreclosure Tuesday (generally the first Tuesday of the month).  Interested?
