The Cobb County Probate Clinic is sponsored by Cobb Pro Bono, a project of Cobb Legal Aid, a division of Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc.

Attorneys at the Probate Clinic advise about decedent’s estate cases and minor or adult guardianship cases. Participants can meet with a private attorney for FREE for 30 minutes. Volunteer attorneys review each particular situation and advise clients about which action to file and which forms to use in Cobb Probate Court. The Clinic serves individuals by appointment via an online registration service. Clinic consultations are held from 9:30am to 11:30am.  The clinic is held in person on the second Thursday of each month, and by phone on the fourth Friday of each month.  The schedule may vary due to holidays.
