The Gwinnett Pro Bono Project, in partnership with the Gwinnett County Probate Court, offers the probate clinic twice a month. The Clinic is designed to assist individuals of modest means who are not represented by an attorney.

The clinic offers 15 minute consultations with local attorneys to address basic questions about uncontested matters involving wills, estates, administrations, guardianship, and conservatorships. The clinic is not designed to help people with the drafting of wills or with issues in other practice areas.

Interested volunteers should have an existing knowledge of probate areas. This clinic is in person. Volunteer attorneys can sign up here.
