Gwinnett Probate Clinic

Organization: Gwinnett Pro Bono Project, Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc.

In partnership with the Gwinnett Probate Court, this clinic is held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, this clinic is for people in need of help filing simple and uncontested probate petitions or applications and for those individuals who may have legal questions about estate, guardianship, or vital records processes.
