Provide 30 minute family law consultations to Fulton County Courts Justice Resource Center patrons by telephone or in-person. Atlanta Legal Aid's Fulton Family Law unit staffs the clinic the last Friday of every month from 9am -12 pm at the Fulton County Courts Justice Resource Center. Attorneys provide self-represented litigants with brief legal advice and assist them with paperwork as time permits. Applicants are told in advance that assistance is limited to one-time advice and not representation in their case.
Telephone consultations can be scheduled at the convenience of the attorney and applicant (do not need to be on Friday morning).
