Clayton County Probate Clinic (Remote)

Organization: Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc.

Developed with the Clayton County Probate Court, this clinic is provided to connect Clayton probate court filers with volunteer attorneys for brief advice. Currently, this is provided remotely by phone or video conference the 2nd and fourth Wednesday of each month.

 

Volunteers will typically sign up for a shift from 10:00 AM-12:30 PM or 12:30-3:00 PM and will be informed ahead of time of their assignments.
